1 Corinthians 6:19-20 NKJV Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.

Grace, you are not just an upgraded animal or a collection of biological processes.

You are a three-part being: body, soul, and spirit, all designed to work in harmony.

Your spirit connects to God, your soul decides direction through your mind and will, and your body carries out those decisions.

When the spirit leads, the soul aligns, and the body obeys, this is God's created order.

The question is, are you allowing your body's cravings to dominate your soul's choices and silence your spirit's connection to God?

Today, examine which part of you is leading.

Remember, your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit. Steward it well, discipline your soul, and strengthen your spirit through prayer and worship.
