Good Friday

Tonight is not just about a cross.

It’s about a story that began long before the cross ever stood on a hill.

From the very first pages of Genesis, when sin entered the world, and everything seemed broken, God spoke a promise in Genesis 3:15 NKJV: He shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise His heel.

In that moment, a thread began.

It runs through Abraham on Mount Moriah…

through the blood of the lamb in Egypt…

through the sacrifices in the temple…

through the words of the prophets…

And every thread leads here.

To a cross.

What looks like a tragic ending tonight…

It is actually the center of God’s plan.

This is not random.

This is not accidental.

This is redemption.

Because tonight, we don’t just remember that Jesus died, we remember that the Lamb was given.
