Children are a blessing from the Lord

Psalm 127:3 says: Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward NKJV.

God never describes children as a burden, a mistake, or an interruption; He calls them a blessing and a reward.

That doesn’t mean raising them is easy. Ever tried getting a toddler into church clothes on Sunday morning?

That’s spiritual warfare right there! But it does mean that each child is a living testimony of God’s goodness and trust in us to nurture life.

Every laugh, every hug, every question that begins with “why?” is a reminder of God’s creative hand. And the challenge of parenthood?

That’s His way of shaping us to be more patient, more selfless, more like Christ.
