Shinning Light in the Darkness

Matthew 5:14-16 NKJV - You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. 15 Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. 16 Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

Revelation 11:3-4 NKJV And I will give power to my two witnesses, and they will prophesy one thousand two hundred and sixty days, clothed in sackcloth.” 4 These are the two olive trees and the two lampstands standing before the God of the earth.

Grace, Christian, you are the light of the world. Not might be—you ARE!

Just as God appointed two witnesses to shine during the darkest period of human history, He has positioned you exactly where you are to be His light.

Your workplace, your neighborhood, your family, these aren't random assignments. God has strategically placed you there.

The world we live in has made wrong right and right wrong, but that doesn't diminish your calling. We don't need a platform or special credentials.

We simply need to let the light of Christ shine through your ordinary, everyday life. Where you work, play, study, and shop, these are your mission fields.

Question: Where has God specifically placed you to be a light, and how can you shine more intentionally there?
